I had to grind them down on the hand rail we did to get any of the sharp edges gone. Its hard to explain. The rail had to be built very oddly. We used some mis matched tubing because it was free. It resulted in some weird gaps. After it was solid we had to fill in some large gaps because of the diff...

Yeah. I have been using flux cored wire so even if I get the weld formed correctly its still some what ugly. Just from the slag and the discoloration from the flux. But if its hidden, going to be ground down, or just doesn't matter then its not a problem for me. While I like the look of a pretty wel...

Lol y'all crack me up. Good looking welds! I've been getting bunches of practice myself here rescently. Luckily though it hasn't been anything that has to be "pretty".

Oh lol. I don't know what is in it now but it has removable choke tubes and comes with 4 I believe.

What's modified? The pad just slips over the regular one. No mods to this thing at all. This is how it comes. Brand new

Yes sir! I have a feeling it will kick just as much behind it as in front. With the steel butt pad I will be investing in a slip on pad for sure lol.
