I think I'm just going to tap the thermostat housing for a GM sensor and keep the stock one hooked up too, I'll just have to have Mitch put another external plug in the box for the GM CTS.

Re: ok ladies, lets talk setup.
So I'm hearing that using the 2 step launch control is really hard on then engine and turbo, and consistent use can burn valves and beat the turbo to death. If this is really the case I need to rethink adding that feature to my MS unit, which is not all bad because it will save me some money. I do like the idea of launching at near full boost though, so if it's not going to cut my engines lifespan in half I would still like the option. Anyone have any real experience with this feature?

Re: ok ladies, lets talk setup.
launch control will work if you have like huge drag radials or youre a rally car. It's more for kicks than for actual use. Launching for a boosted car isn't as bad as you think, you'll build boost almost instantly. Not only that, itll help you keep traction.
launch control is for ricers.

well, I will be launching on wrinkle walls at the strip, which is what made me look into it. Eventually I'll be running nitrous as well, which I guess could be tuned to make up for unspooled launches.

My new mani has an EGT port. I'd like to use it... but I'm cheap.
