right, that's what I sad. I'll add a relay for the coil driver, and run the rest of the harness through the relay box on the drivers side next to the c101 plug. Am I just all wet in my thinking here?

So you just pull the OE relay/fuse box from the driver side and toss it, then build your own relay block for your harness?

I leave the stock fuse/relay fuse box. I relocate the factory main relays (O2/main/fuel) to the M3 harness cover. Why bother ripping out the fuse box? Those do body stuff, not really engine stuff.

I see. I'll just have to see how it goes. I was planning on running the Ms harnesses through the main relay box and only adding the missing relays on the m3 harness cover.

oh I'll definitely be using your info. Already used a lot of it to set up my msq. I'm very happy with the quality of these harnesses, well worth the ~$200 it cost. I couldn't have done any better and its going to save me a ton of time and headaches. I'm hoping to start the instal this weekend.

Yea... after I bought that harness the first time, I looked at it for 10 seconds and went "why would I NOT buy this?". Saves so much time. Also eliminates a lot of guess work. I've had issues in the past with the DIY connector not connecting.

yeah, I passed up a killer deal on a set of diy harnesses from a forum member because I didn't want to deal with assembling it myself, and never being totally confident on my work.
