Mission Statement

Postby Yoshi » Thu Feb 26, 2009 9:18 pm

Welcome to the new E30 performance information site!

To get the nitty gritty out of the way, this website was created with the specific intent of spreading technical information about the E30 chassis. If you have any stickies from other forums and want them stickied here, simply post it and let a moderator (just me for now) know. Feel free to spread the word and post whore away!

Note about the drifting section: This website was originally for just e30drifter.com. Now that the sites are the same, the drifting section will stay as a repository for drift specific E30 information.

Feel free to give suggestions and opinions to the staff.

Final note: This is a strictly free website. There are no membership fees or premium members. An administrator panel will be chosen in order to dictate everything that goes on in the forum.

ENJOY!

Schweet!
It's not a question of how fast it will go, it is a matter of how fast do you want to go.

Be smart. You have the ability to make a great site.

Keep accurate info, safe practices, NO ricer neonz pimple faced kid scene and NO JACKASSES like some of the other sites.

To have a viable site it needs to command respect......

I'm on the site you got banned from, and find it to be just fine.....But everything can be better. I'll send you a PM.

What happened on e30tech...

Didn't call Chris a stupid c**t did you?

At any rate Kudos if you did, I consider a ban from e30tech a badge of honor.

I'm sure you know me...

I promise to be nice and as helpful as possible.

Hey thanks for giving us another site to go to. E30tech has been diluted for years now, it was time for another forum to start up (that isnt specific to the M3).

Cheers.

haha, this is like a private "i've been banned from e30tech club". :)

edit: Damn Yoshi, this crazy PHPBB v3 just asked me if I was sure if I wanted to post because someone else posted since I hit "post reply", that is awsome.

I was pretty much banned from e30tech because I really pissed in a site sponsors shoes and then told the site owner he was a stupid... well you know the word, starts with a C and ends in "unt" for getting into bed with this vendor.

I'm still in e30tech as a watcher (have been for quite some time) what I found interesting was that I was not just banned but erased.

Now R3v I just don't get, I'm not sure who I pissed off (still there and actually active).

At any rate this could be a successful spin off but it might take a while.

I'm not terribly crazy about the interface kind of the same as e30zone (UK Forum) but I suppose it's fine.

Let me know what I can do to suport this endeavor, I'm good for Chassis Q&A and have been a BMW Tech since God was 2.

Daniel (yes... That Zen Guy)

Edit: I'll add a link from the Evolution Zen website the next time I get a chance to update ( I've been one busy guy merging all the BMW Zen sites and rewriting and illustrating a bunch of old articles because I'm now in "competition" with some of the equipment that was shown in them.

the software seem to act the same takes you to a new page when you post, makes you wait (just this old man's opinion).

Forum is Zen recomended (good for an in-link anyway)... Bottom of this page: http://www.evolutionzen.com/about.html
