Wiring harnesses >.>
SOOO my search for an e30 with a 5 speed (in my price range) has turned up nothing but broken I motors and ETA's. My only problem with an eta is the wiring harness wont fit on the 55pin "goathumper" adapter that I have. But couldn't I just rip off the stock ETA harness and splice spade connector plugs onto the wires and then stick those on to the "goathumper" adapter? What does the motronic 55pin Have that the motronic eta (30pin?) doesn't have?

sadly no
im just thinking if I use spade plugs, I could plug the "X" pin from the eta harness to the "X" pin of the adapter plug
