I am talking about a detail write up,, and pictures the swapp was done in winter 2006-2007.. but i get so many pm and email about info that i think the best solution FOR ALL is to do a good detailed thread with pictures and how we did it,, and how there is another possible way,, as some other have done it regards

 Re: 24V Swap info
Added some engine specs. It's proved useful to me in the past.

 Re: 24V Swap info
Yoshi,
Any idea what I would be looking at in order to swap an OBD-II motor to OBD-I? I've got a guy local that was two complete m52b28 from a 1997 528i which are OBD-II. Do I really just need the intake mani and wiring harness from a m50 or something? Or do all the sensors need to to come with?
Also, is it ONLY the e34 pan that can be used? What about the e39 528i pan?
Thanks!
Matt

 Re: 24V Swap info
Nevermind, I found the answer to the OBD stuff. Lots to swap it looks like.
