I ordered them without first "choosing my vehicle" and once I did it like that, it says they dont fit?

Lets add fuel lines!

Two friend's E30s have had cracked fuel lines, and the second one had a small fire because of it.

So yeah....

May be a good thing to check when you buy any car, but I wouldn't say they are things that should be changed any time you buy an e30. I've owned 3 e30s and only 1 of them needed a new fuel line.

How did those wires work out? I see in the description that there's no pulse generator...

Wires worked fine, pulse generator? what kind of pulse lol, there was a wire going from a connection near the intake mani to one of the wires on the old wires but car runs just fine without it.

I haven't done anything to mine. Besides oil, air, and fuel filter. Fuel filter came out clean. the timing belt had also been done in Jan 2012 with receipt from BMW of Fairfax. No leaks. And went straight to modding.

Car does need shifter bushings, probably cam seal, and cleaned injectors to need nothing. I got lucky.

Sounds like a well maintained car, but I would bey money none of the suspension bushings have ever been replaced. Also trans/engine mounts. The brakes have probably not been bled, let alone flushed in decadeds, etc...There is always maintenance to be done on a 20 year old BMW, lol.

lol, true I took care of all the items you just mentioned. This car sold for 8k in 2008 with 96k miles from concord motorsports. Suspension bushings are in great condition. The rear subframe is not resting on the washers lol. I put about 200-300 into what the car really needed the rest was just play money. I'm in about 1500-2000. That's with a spare set of wheels and tires for autox. Yoshi has seen it. took it to him shortly after I bought it.

If its not leaking its not a must, but I do it anyway because I don't want to pull it all apart again when it starts leaking.
