Yes. I am not very good at figuring all that out. I would assume it would.

Right now you'd be STX, E30 isn't allowed in STR ;)

But I'm not sure where this would kick you, pretty sure BBK's aren't allowed in STX. I'll have to look it up later, don't have time right now.

Alright,

I ordered up a set of four line adapters for the RX7 calipers from 2002manaic on R3v.... Also, I am gonna try the calipers on the rear just for fun. My friend works at parts warehouse and is hooking me up with a mini cooper front rotor to play with. It was $12 so I figure it would be fun to play with. They are 275mm rotors and vented so it should be pretty sweet. Only issue is gonna be the parking brake which I'll be removing away.

I don't know, I am just gonna give it a shot for shits and giggles.

So, if all goes well, I should have be able to do RX7 calipers all the way around for like $150-$200. LOL!

How nice will it be to be able to swap the front pads to the rear and just replace front pads though?

Haha nope, STR is limited to a select few cars. Plus your car isn't a roadster is it? :P (Street Touring Roadster)

But it does look like your allowed to do BBK's for STX, so have at it!

Ahh nope.
ST(FWD)
ST(Compact)
ST(Sport)
ST(Roadster)
ST(Xtreme)
ST(Ultra)

Also just to note, you are supposed to have a working E-brake according to the rules. Not that it matters or anyone would ever care, but I figured it would be good to know anyway.

Alright, so a little update for you guys.

So here is the first type of rotor setup. I got a 2002 Mini Cooper Front rotor and it looks like everything will fit out ok with a small issue.

Anyway, heres a pic the old rotor and the new one.

And here it is mounted.

Looks good!

However, we got a small problem....

I am looking into a special version of the cooper rotors that are 294mm so this hopefully won't be an issue. Lucky ,e though, it seems like they will clear my 15's!

So I did a bit more work on this and drew this up. The caliper is not 100% accurate, but it's close. I made this purely for mock-up purposes, but it shows what I am looking at doing.

Right now, drawn is a Stock FC RX7 Caliper with a 1997 Acura NSX rotor. I will have to redrill the rotor to fit a 4x100 as well. I did plenty of research on this and found that it's a common practice on EG and EK civics where they use a 300mm RSX rotor and drill it to 4x100 as well. Many use that setup for racing so I don't see why I couldn't use it on a e30... ;) Also, looking at it, not sure how well the FC caliper will fit a 300mm rotor....won't really know till I get it in there. I have a rotor on order now though.

Here, take a look:

Cool! Are the rotors your using vented? Do you know an approximate cost of doing this?
