I emailed king springworks australia, and asked... and got the reply in a few hours _b

Probably not a useful fact for any of you americans, but the dudes from this side of the world may find it.

Cause' I couldn't find the rate on their site anywhere.

Does anyone know what the rates are for the E30 M3 H&R race springs?
TMS have them listed in a separate (more $$ kit) offer. Or are they trying to be clever?

I don't know of anyone who has purchased them. Try S14.net or calling up the shop themselves. Report back!

I didn't see the race springs listed separately for the M3 on TMS website? There is an M3 suspension kit, but the difference there is the shocks not the springs. Far as I know e30m3 and regular e30 H&R are one in the same.

I can't imagine them being different. I had m3 springs on my 325i with billie sports. They're just ever so slightly shorter, not much. My point is the springs are interchangeable so they're *probably* the same.

Did some research on the Eibach Pro kit I picked up for super cheap, found this from someone who has a E30 and works at Eibach:

"Regarding the rates posted above (Eibach Pro-Kit): Those Pro-Kit rates are off. Front is 114 linear, Rear 280-326 Progressive."

Gentleman was referencing the spring rate master list.
