Getting air out of brake system...

Springs and shocks. What keeps your car tight around corners?

Getting air out of brake system...

Postby blasphemy101 » Thu Oct 11, 2012 4:13 pm

Any tips? The only way I've managed to do this in the past has been repeating the standard bleeding procedure TONS of times. It's frustrating as hell to have to keep jacking the car up.

Basically, clear fish tank line into an empty bottle. Leave valve open, pump!

Hmm, interesting...Do you know why air doesn't enter the line, like most people believe?

I'll give it a shot on the project car before the DD lol

some master cylinders will back feed. So this won't work for every car. For some reason, it works on E30s. Don't ask why, just be happy.

Interesting. Thanks for the tip. I'll try it on my break before class this afternoon.
