Hi,
I always prefer to go for the polyurethane bushings rather than the rubber bushings.Poly bushings comes with the warranty and it also helps in the proper functionality of your automobile. So its any time preferable to go for these bushings. Recently I did the Nissan Control Arm & Suspension Bushings with the help of manual.
