Faster way to sand down bondo?

Fiberglass, body panels, valences. Also interior pieces like seats, dashes, etc

lol I'm good with BMWS. apparently I fucked up a sentra HG :( stupid thing doesn't have timing marks.

Go to the drywall section of Home Depot/Lowe's etc. They have rasps made for edging drywall, about $10. Take the rasp part off the handle casting and it will be flimsy and take off excess/shape filler in a hurry and conform to body curves easily. Cheaper if you can find the replacement rasp part, but you get the idea. This actually works REALLY good if the filler is still a little soft.

exactly what I do, but I leave it in the rasp. Great for roughing in if the bondo is laid too thick.
