Axel hop

Axel hop

i was wondering if any one else has a axel hop prob. When i take off hard in a stright line and lose grip the hole rear of my car shuders and hops. kind of like an old rear wheel gm with out traction bars. also when im pulling hard in second there is also some shudder coming from the rear to where i have to actully feather the throttle to make it stop

subframe bushings are more than likely dead.

This. Happened on my old 325e and the subframe bushings where toast.

figured it out. wasnt axel hop at oll it was centersupport shot and driveshaft banging in the tunnel. Got underr there and the guibo looked like a dogs chew toy. all in all not to bad a fix.
