They are round and hold just fine. They are the ones that are in the car. Lol.

They just have some marking and the hawks have done some damage to them.

I am looking to get something ltw for it eventually.

In my experience with FWD at least, a big rear bar helped a lot. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything by any means.

Well after missing the last two event due to being out of town, I finally got to make one on sunday. Lots of work was done to the S4 over the past month as well. I install some beefy Hotchkis sways, after-run pump, lower rear tie rod and a few other things.

Also, note to self.... after installing a rear tie rod on an audi... don't drive it at all except to an alignment shop. I thought I could get it pretty close by matching up the markings but I was a mile off. My friend needed a car to drive so I said take the s4! In less than a week, it corded a rear tire! UGH! Of course I found this out friday night... luckily I was able to get it in for an alignment Saturday morning and found three used Azenis rt615's for $75 in milwaukee. I had the alignment shop set it back to about stock and it tracks nice a straight. I was way off on my guessimation... 0.58* of toe out on the driver side... fail!

The Hotchkis equipment is top notch if anyone ever has the chance to play with that. Everything was nicely packaged and went together easily. The specs on the kit are as follows: 35mmf/22mmr. The front is hollow and the rear is solid.

This is a video of my buddy co-driving the car... I have to say that the sway bars were a huge improvement on the handling of this car. nearly ALL of the understeer was gone (or atleast I didn't have the balls to push it hard enough to get to that point...).

I currently run the S4 in STU which puts me up against new WRX's. At road america's kart track, a guy in new wrx killed me by nearly 4 seconds.... this time at WIR I picked up nearly 3.5secs on him. I think if it wouldn't have rained for 5 of my ten runs I could have inproved enough to beat him. I was within 3/4rd of a second!

Oh, ad we cut the muffler off.. the car was too quiet.

Nice man, glad you're giving them a run for their money! Still really really want to race, the itch keeps getting worse every weekend I spend working on other peoples cars.

Yeah, I'll be there. If you can, you should try to make the Road America Event on Oct. 12th. Should be a blast.

Is it a parking lot event or are you running the track?
