going to go with euro lights, as the low beam lens is perfectly clear where the cut-off shines through (best output/sharpest cutoff). most likely will pick up brand new Depo lights because it will guaranty no-pitting and also then I dont have to hack-up a perfectly good genuine set.

Nice! Are you going with regular elips or smilies?

i'd love to go with non-smileys, but the depo's only come in smiley. if i can find a used set for a good deal, i would jump on that instead.

smoked euro smileys have been ordered!

also, today i tackled my other wheel bearing, which started making noise last week. it started to pour on me half way throw so i had to rig up some cover! also took a couple of artsy shots of the wheels in the rain.

Cool pics! Front wheel bearings aren't to bad to change. Should do a write up if you got pics of the process. Awesome work!

as you can see from the first few pics, that was the direction i was going in. the rain put a stop to it as i didnt want to ruin the camera.

I hate the locking nut for the rotor. I never put them back on. There really is no point in them. The front wheel bearings really aren't that bad. I didn't need to use any special tools when I did them. The bearings themselves are expensive as hell though.

yeah easy job. the rotor bolt should be used as follows: 1) use rotor bolt to hold rotor on 2)install brake caliper 3) remove rotor bolt since now the caliper is doing its job

did the first step towards tackling my ripped sway bar tab. removed the existing stock mount and the bar so that I can take in the car and get the tab welded and the reinforcements welded in as well:

drivers side tabbed ripped, with the bracket and bushing no where to be found. it caused the bar to shift and links to bind on the passenger spring making an annoying popping sound when compressed.
Image

remove one side wheel, spring, strut to easily pull the bar out.
Image

what was left of the stock mounts: (bushing toast anyways)
Image

bar out: crusty!
Image

parts to be installed after the tab is welded:

Depending on how my race on Monday goes I may be removing mine as well. For street driving I would still run a rear sway though.
