I have this to install. A raceskid. Ive also got the stuff from besian systems to fix my vanos rattle along with a ecu chip from turner i got on ebay secondhand. Ive been chasing down a vacuum leak as well. One of these days ill be pulling the intake and replacing every hose and o-ring, until then ill deal with the surging idle and occasional cel flicker.

Ive sanded the car down from the camo paint job and have been getting it ready for a more formal diy rattlecan spray job. Undecided on color and not expecting it to be a perfect ten.......... but it will look nice when im done.

Ive seriously been tossing around the idea of adding a turbo. Anyone have any input on reliability issues running an hx35 on 8psi? This is my daily and i need it to get me to and from work everyday as well as my usual putting around town. Just bored with the stock m50tu feel. I have been perusing the f/i section and looking around for parts. Im gonna start piecing something together soon. Any recommendations?

What size tires are you running? Is that the stock 527 gold? Mine looks brighter, less bronze. Car is looking mean.

Thanks fellas!! I got the wheels off Mike. They are the set he had each wheel a different color. I gave them a quick coat of bronze and tossed them on. I contacted motorsport hardware for my studs and nuts. Super quick shipping, great price, and a high quality product. You guys wanting a stud conversion....... Get at him. Hes got threads on the tech and r3v. They are xxr wheels and i figured out a way to get stock bottle cap centers to work. Tires are 205/50-16 hankook all weather performance jobbies.

pretty slick with the center caps. I kinda like that color better than the gold on mine. Do you rub in the rear at all with this tires? I'm running 245/35/16 out back and it rubs a bit at full compression. I Also have the same studs from Motorsport. The only caution I gibe is don't get his studs that are not threaded all the way to the hub, especially with the XXRs. The mounting area of the XXR is too thin and the lugs will lock onto the studs when torqued. I had to order a second set of full thread studs and have been fine since then.

Ive been hammering on my wheel wells for clearance so i can keep it low. I would love to fit something a little wider, but i dunno if its gonna happen with et0 unless i go yoshi on my wheel wells with a hacksaw.

lol I only do that in the rear.

I run 215/40/17 in the front. I had to go hammer time on a lot to get it to fit. But I also run angle mods you probably don't.

Hammer time indeed. I still just barely rub in the rear when i hit a hard enough compression or hard cornering. I need a little more massaging in the rear with the mini sledge.

I had to cut the inner well back 50% and cut the lip off to pull it enough to get the 245s on the rear. Still rub a tiny bit under hard cornering. et0 is a bitch.
