Called Blunttech to check on the last receipt, guy said he'd e-mail me right back. He bought a set of Bilstein sports and H&R sport springs.

My Red E30 looked like that. Now it's sitting in the rain and I found rust in the battery area :(

From what I can tell, they may have been bought last and not put on and they are trying to sell/sold them. The springs look stock but the other stuff looks new. Can't say I'm upset but I would have used them on another car perchance hehe! Anywho, thank you kindly and I hope to figure something out with this one and get that itch of maybe racing.

Jeez Yoshi, such a negative nancy! (./end sarcasm :P) Problem shall be solved by possibly leaving her here in a shed with another e30 chassis for a m?0 turbo build. I want a car to race and I want to keep this car as my car for driving daily but I don't know if sending the TDi to Germany after fixing it and selling it there and getting my brother to take the e30 back to Texas would be a good idea. What are y'all's thoughts, as automotive enthusiasts?

I am loving these cars and I'm glad I finally get into one!

I like Tony's idea.

And holy crap, the battery is even from BMW? Dang. And that engine bay makes me very sad/jealous. I have never seen an M20 intake manifold that clean. I feel like I am going to be jealous asking this too, but do you have any interior pics?

I like your idea tony, I've added the thought of piling euro parts in said euro goodness as well, kind of like a twinky hehe!

From what I've read the batteries are really expensive but they last forever, and when they die they're dead... However, I've got an appt this morning with my wife for her 4D ultrasound to confirm/see if our to be child shall be a girl :D!!!! I'll snap some interior pics when I get home, but I've noted is that I believe he had the cloth sport seats put in, probably preference or I'm wrong as to if they come stock, the back seat is great and current seats are perfect. Found two cracks in dash and the container thing majig around the passenger handle is cracked but I can definitely fix that. I wish I had adhesive so I can pull the carpets and check the floor boards, in the least I can pull the battery and really check that well.

Oh, and before I forget, wife said we can store the car in Texas right before we leave with my Javelin <3

You dont need adhesive to pull the carpets, it just lifts out. Congrats on the baby! Lets see some pics of the AMC! Got a few old school muscle car guys here including me. I'm in the middle of a full restoration of a '72 Chevelle.

Oh man! That's nice, always wanted a 71 Cuda but they're too expensive and my Javelin, Abigail, was a rare find back in high school. She's currently in Texas but I can get my brother to take some pics so I can toss em up on here. I wish I could say I was full restoring her but I'm not :/. I rebuilt the trans and the motor back in college and the paint is good, just needs interior to be redone, its on my list when I get back :D

I'll pull the carpet and battery and take some pics and get some pics of the interior loaded in an hour and a half or so, yay doctor's offices :P

Well then, here's some pics of the new baby followed by the future baby! (Sorry for the over exposure, took my phone instead of the DSLR and the morning sun destroyed the quality lol!)

Back Seat:

Dash:

Front Seats (Replaced?):

Door Panel:

And the most curious one, under the battery:

Looks like they might have repaired it down there, there's a bunch of dust which scared me because it was rust colored, turns out to be crushed leaves -.-

As for future baby, she's definitely a girl! Which is good, cause I wanted a girl and only had girl names >.>

Congrats on the baby girl!

Front seats most likely were replaced. Cloth sports seats were available, but if the rear seat is leather, I am assuming the fronts were too at some point. Also, your e-brake boot and center console thing aren't stock... I think. I've never seen that armrest/cupholder before, but that one looks pretty nice, much better looking than the Husco one IMO.
