It's now near to completion, so thats why it's on a pallet haha.

During built it was at normal working height in my engine support.

Manifold it TIG welded, but big welds haha. I was there when he was welding it ;)

So, the oil lines have been tigwelded and then pressuretested at 5 bar. No more leaks.

Few weeks ago i bought a 2,79LSD with 188 housing.
Top speed with 205-50-16 tires at 6000 rpm would be something like 305km/h (190mp/h) -omg-

So this weekend i fitted the oil lines, bought some cheap oil because i know myself, and fitted an oil pressure gauge on the engine.
So i started, and yes, oil leak, completley forgot the oilcooler lines.
So fixed it, and started, after a few seconds oilpressure started to build and Tunerstudio was showing 230 rpm.
Oil pressure was 3.8 bar.

Tested the injectors with some pressure but not 3 bar and flow haha. I dont have a good fuelpump yet to test.
But he, it works.

Now with fuelpressure on the rail, during start the injectors where firing.

Im only waiting for a plug for my Opel Omega V6 wastedpark coilpack.

Very nice. I hope those injectors atomize a bit better at full pressure. I assume your top speed calcs don't take drag coefficient into account, because I don't think any M20 will ever make enough power to push an e30 to 190+mph, and if it did, I wouldn't want to be IN an e30 going 190mph, lol.

No, it doesn't take drag into account haha.

It's on Google plus because I used Picasa for uploading haha.

And I hope testing it before installing keeps me away from flooding engine and leakages and so on.

This fuelpump has no pressure what so ever, maybe half a bar.

Mmm.

So i wired up my Vauxhall/Opel/GM/Saab coilpack.
Tested the outputs and all is firing.

But when i crank the engine, only output A is firing, i can see this by the leds on the ECU!

Is this normal? Or is something wrong?

Do you guys have any idea?

EDIT: How can i forget a movie about it, haha

Im running megasquirt clone KDFI.

But I think it has something to do with my settings or what so ever!

I've never heard of KDFI so I can't help you a huge amount. With an MS1 or 2, you have to wire in 2 more coil drivers to get 6 cylinder wasted spark.

And no, that's not normal
