people have converted to LED dash lights. You need to know how to build a proper PWM circuit though, because the stock dimmer won't work on LEDs and even the smallest LEDs are WAY too bright for dash lights.

So much for having no check lights. After refilling with the most expensive wiper fluid I've ever bought my washer tank is still leaking.

I just realized that my white car has a good one, and that car's getting stripped over the summer. I wish I had the time, space, and energy to keep it and fix it up. The white one is my favorite color. Speaking of white ones, I'm about to post a FS ad for a white vert.

Which tires to get? The following 2 are around the same price, $200 and change for 4 shipped. This car is just the cruiser, don't need anything with crazy grip or anything. I just NEED new tires. Friday I started feeling a slight wobble in the steering wheel. This morning on my way to work it was a violent shake. Drivers front tire is about 1/4 mile from exploding! I threw on the spare for now, which looks brand new, but if I read the date code correctly it's 16 years old.

Nankang XR611 195/65R14 89H BSW
UTQG: 520AA
Mileage Warranty: 50K

Federal SS-657 195/65R14 89H BSW
UTQG: 420AA

Can also get the ones below for $300, but I don't want to spend that much right now. The selection of 14's is really shit compared to what it used to be. :-(

Nexen CP672 P195/65R14 89H BSW
UTQG: 460AA
Mileage Warranty: 70K

Also for $300 a set shipped is these.

Achilles Platinum
195/65R14 89H

They look much nicer than the Nexen, but the site I found them on doesn't have any specs listed.

*shrugs* I haven't run that particular model but I've run federals before and they were decent tires. Can't speak for any other tire on that list.

Probably gonna go with the Nankang tbh. I like they way they look a little better. Gonna see if my boss can get a better price on anything first though.

I run Nankang on my truck, decent tires for the price.
