Carefullllll. I picked up a good used one once...Remember that whole thing with Hella? viewtopic.php?f=34&t=1637
Before you install it make sure you are getting good flow all the way over through the cross-over tube (venturi pump). I still have to keep my tank above half-ish or I run out of gas. Trust me it's a pain. haha.
Is his rusted out or something?

Yeah it has a big rust hole right where that cross over tube is. The new 'used' one comes with a 30 day warranty and was described as perfect working order, we'll see. Best I could fi d new ones was around 350-400 so getting it for $85 is worth the risk I suppose.

Actually I don't think so. I believe that falls into safety gear and is exempt from point assessment.

Yeah, there are rules on where its located. From my interpretation I can put where I want to in the spare tire well though.
