lol speed bumps. I have to make detours around speed bumps over about 2" tall. I don't daily my car. Track prepping it has made it less than ideal for street duty.

Bigger wheels won't help the height of the car, you'll have to put smaller tires and end up with the same overall diameter >.> I would suggest against the .55, they have next to no drop whatsoever.
