In car video from todays HSAX
This was one of our morning practice sessions. Track conditions were great, car was performing well, and it ended in another 1st place finish so good day overall.
I start at 1:20.

Very nice Tony! Looking great out there.
Both Gratan and Gingerman are less than an hour from GR, and I intend on going to both this summer at the very least to watch. I feel kinda lame that I have never been to either.

Hmmm. I'm moving next weekend, so I'll probably be pretty busy getting situated.
We'll definitely have to go to these events another time though.
Yeah sorry for the thread jack Tony.
All others; proceed with thread.

Re: In car video from todays HSAX
Yeah, 1:14 from a standing stop on cold tires is unreal! I couldn't believe it when they posted the times. There was a couple other records broke yesterday too. It was weird, some people were running great, and others seemed to be slower than normal. I was off my normal pace by about a second. I figured it was because the heat/humidity was making the cars down on power, but since the high hp cars were running faster than normal I don't think that was the case. All I can figure now is the track was so sticky it was actually slowing down the low hp cars like mine.
I really want to run Gratten and gingerman, their on my to-do list for sure. This year is RA though.

Matt, 6 weeks until the next event on 7/14, you should def come, we'll have at least 4 e30s running!
Yosh, yeah the car is incredibly planted, im in love with this suspension. Only once in the long right hand sweeper did the rear inside tire lift enough to lose traction, and im sure that's partially due to the LSD being tired since it original and never been rebuilt. Eventually I want to rebuild it. Im also going to swap in a vert front sway with new end links, which should help keep the rear flatter compared to my stock sway with worn out end links.
This weekend the interior is coming out so I can install my roll bar, race seats, and harnesses, so these other projects have to wait until that's wrapped up.

Nope, yanked it out when I installed the J Stocks. Kinda tempted to rebuild my stock rear sway and throw it back in just to see the difference.
