And it's not finished yet. I have to buiold snd weld the gussets on the door bars, as well as on the B pillar. And finish welding a few nick nacks...

What do you mean by "coping"? If you meant cleaning up the scale, I have been using an orbital sander with 120 grit sand paper. It is pretty quick. Do it before welding the tubes BTW.
If you meant "notching", the I used a "notcher" with Bosch holesaws. Expect to use 5 or 6 of them at about $15.00 a pop. Well worth it.

yeah notching. Is that one of those jigs that get fixtured in a big vice? Any pics of the setup?

Something like that. It indeed fits in a vice. Working on the horizontal plant allows easier cutting on long tubes. You're not limited by floor or ceiling.
SOme holesaw work at high speed, and others work at low speed. Better get a drill with adjustable speed.

If you are good at welding, you can build your own bender. That one in the background is a DIY bender. It was very good. Plans are available off the net. We also used an iPhone to determine angles. Image
